Significant progress has been made across various stages of the construction project. The foundation and footings phase has seen the successful completion of reinforcement and formwork activities. Concrete pouring is currently underway, laying the groundwork for a structurally sound and secure base.
In the concrete works stage, the use of advanced boom pumps and ready-mix concrete trucks has enabled high precision and efficiency in both the foundation and vertical elements. These technologies are ensuring consistency in quality while expediting the construction timeline.
The vertical structural components, particularly the columns, are advancing steadily. A number of columns have now reached the first-floor level, marking a crucial milestone in the vertical build-up of the project.
From an on-site logistics perspective, material handling and storage have been meticulously planned and executed. All construction materials are securely stored in designated areas, and the workflow remains uninterrupted, thanks to the coordination and commitment of the on-ground teams.
