The project continues to make impressive strides, marking two major milestones that reflect our commitment to timely delivery and structural excellence. The podium foundation work between A Wing and B Wing has been successfully initiated, with reinforced column bases in place, setting the groundwork for the shared platform above the base parking. Simultaneously, the final slab of the building’s top floor is being prepared, showcasing visible progress in steel reinforcement, formwork, and electrical conduit layout. This milestone not only signifies the completion of the structural framework but also paves the way for the next phase of internal and external finishes. These achievements reinforce our steady pace and reliability, boosting confidence for our investors and future occupants.
The construction site indicates ongoing foundation work for the podium slab that will connect A Wing and B Wing above the base parking level. The image shows six column footings arranged in a grid pattern, which will support the podium structure. Reinforcement work is in progress, and formwork and scaffolding are visible around both wings. The red soil and exposed rebar cages suggest that this phase is still in early footing and column base preparation. Once the columns are completed, the podium slab will be cast to connect the two wings structurally above the parking area.
The final roof slab of the wing is currently under preparation and reinforcement stage. Workers are actively installing steel rebar, electrical conduits, and formwork in preparation for concrete casting. This marks the completion of the vertical structural framework for the wing. Once this top slab is poured and cured, the project will proceed with finishing works including internal partitioning, plastering, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installations, and external façade treatments.
This milestone indicates a significant step towards the structural completion of the building.
Significant progress is being made on-site, reinforcing the strength and reliability of this development. The completion of the podium foundation between A and B Wings is a critical step, as it forms the base for shared amenities and ensures structural integration above the parking level. At the same time, the final roof slab is being prepared, marking the completion of the building’s vertical structure. These milestones are not just construction updates — they’re proof of momentum, efficiency, and project stability. For you as an investor or buyer, it means reduced risk, increasing asset value, and confidence that the project is moving forward as planned toward timely completion.
With two major structural milestones now in progress, the project is transitioning from foundation to finish with confidence. The podium construction between A Wing and B Wing is laying the groundwork for shared access, enhanced connectivity, and future community amenities—offering long-term functional and lifestyle value. Meanwhile, the final slab of the wing is under preparation, marking the completion of the core structure and paving the way for rapid internal development. These advancements not only reflect strong construction momentum but also translate into earlier possession timelines, increased property value, and lower investment risk. It’s a clear signal that your investment is backed by real, tangible progress.
